My income was about 80,000 RUB ($1100) a month. There were unstable launches at the school where I work. It was important for me to understand the key elements of the processes on Instagram in order to ensure stable growth of the project.

I am the producer of Vasily Lyakhov's school of bathing skills. The business has grown, there's a team now. My personal income now is 250,000 rub (~$3500), plus the team's income.
We are preparing to expand further! Now it all looks like a well-planned, growing business, because we have the resources and knowledge of how to do it.
I started blogging, teaching, and my personal therapy and transformational sessions. I created a website for the blogger's school, launched wholesale and retail sales of bath brooms. The most valuable thing I've gained is the desire to try, despite mistakes.

What did the training give me in the end? I understood what actions should be taken, realized that I needed a team in order to not worry about certain things. I learned about the things that will definitely bring money on social media and others that can harm my income.
I wanted to understand how a blog could be systematically monetized. As a result, my friends recommended the course "Manageryata"!
Before starting the training, I thought: "People's blogs have stable growth, regular launches, posts and stories, which helps them become influencers".
In a year, we have created a team.We launched the production of bath brooms for Russian saunas, expanded the product line, and provided regular training. We are constantly streaming, participating in collaborations. Our audience has multiplied by 6 times in a year!
