POINT A:

I had no experience, and my income right after taking "Manageryata" in January 2020 was 30,000 ($420) RUB. I found a job in a state institution. In July 2021 I decided to take "Manageryata 2.0".

POINT B:

I started my career, promoting a private university, launching and local projects, earning on average 160,000 RUB ($2250) a month.

A few inspiring words: you need to work, let go of your fears, strive for more, without comparing yourselves to others. First of all, think about yourself. Nothing is impossible!

I'm thankful to Polina for showing how she manages to achieve goals and fix issues in a timely manner.

I developed a promoting strategy, launched some nation-wide contests, and managed social media with 650,000 registered members.

I organized an international forum.

I took part in rebranding of the largest private University in Russia.

First of all, practicing helped, doing homework, getting feedback from instructors with comments on what to change. And, of course, the chat with job openings was crucial. It taught me how to make a good CV.

Of course, it wasn't easy, but the courses are a great push to go and start doing something to achieve your goals.

I learned about promotion, blogging, targeting, but most importantly, I began to love my job! I was inspired by Polina and her story, how she had nothing before, and has now achieved such cool results! She's very motivating, and you quickly become inspired by her "work a lot" philosophy.
